Shipping

Please be mindful of our processing/turnaround time. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.
We are not responsible for late, lost or damaged packages. Once we ship your package, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service, and we rely on their expertise to get our orders out to you intact and on time.
You will receive email confirmation as well as tracking information.
We cannot guarantee delivery date and are not responsible for any delays.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or cancellations.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review your order prior to processing. Once you order is placed, it is put into our production queue and CANNOT be cancelled.
If it my error, be sure I will make it right, I just ask that you let me know immediately.
